Yes! We deliver our handcrafted natural skincare products across India. Simply add your favourite products to the cart, enter your delivery address, and we'll bring Chaameli right to your doorstep.

At checkout, you'll find a "Coupon Code" field. Enter your discount code there and click "Apply" your discount will be reflected instantly in your order total.

Absolutely! All our products are handcrafted using 100% natural, chemical-free ingredients. However, we always recommend doing a small patch test before using any new skincare product, especially if you have highly sensitive skin.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime under "Order Tracking" on our website.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placing them. Please reach out to us immediately at chaameliproducts@gmail.com or call +91 80155 50080.

Exchanges & Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please refer to our Returns & Cancellations Policy page for full details.

We currently offer standard delivery across India. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. Express delivery options may be available for select pin codes.

We accept all major payment methods including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select locations.

Yes, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective products. Please contact our support team with your order details and photos of the product to initiate an exchange.

Refund Questions

If a product appears to be out of stock, it may be temporarily unavailable. You can reach out to us at chaameliproducts@gmail.com and we'll notify you as soon as it's back in stock.

We're sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at chaameliproducts@gmail.com with your order number and we'll resolve it immediately

We sincerely apologise! Please email us at chaameliproducts@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Yes, COD is available for select pin codes across India. You can check availability at checkout by entering your delivery pin code.
